Welcome to GTG CRM! The following terms and conditions govern the rules for using GTG CRM's services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Terms

2. Account Registration

2.1 Conditions of Use

Users must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a guardian. Users are responsible for securing their account information.

2.2 Account Information

You commit to providing accurate and updated information when required. All activities on your account are your responsibility.

3. Services Provided

3.1 Landing Page and Email Template Builder

GTG CRM provides tools for building landing pages and email templates. Users must ensure proper use. If templates containing GTG CRM’s logo or branding elements are misused, users are fully responsible for any legal or reputational consequences.

3.2 Social Hub

This feature allows users to create posts for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook Feed. To use it, you must grant permissions to the GTG CRM application registered with third-party platforms. These permissions allow GTG CRM to create, manage, and schedule posts on your behalf.

3.3 Messaging

GTG CRM enables sending SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email messages to contact lists. You must grant permissions to integrate third-party accounts (e.g., Twilio, Facebook, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo). Email data may be retrieved and stored but is encrypted and only displayed in your workspace.

3.4 Business Process Automation

GTG CRM provides tools to design automated workflows to optimize efficiency. You can set up actions, conditions, and triggers to handle repetitive tasks effectively.

3.5 User-Uploaded Content

Users can upload images or content for use in landing pages. You must ensure no copyright or intellectual property rights are violated. GTG CRM is not responsible for violations arising from uploaded content.

3.6 Contact List Management

You can import contact lists containing personal information such as email and phone numbers to manage leads. GTG CRM supports interactions via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.

3.7 Advertising Platform Integration

GTG CRM allows integration with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You can link ad accounts to run campaigns and view reports and performance metrics on the platform. GTG CRM only serves as an integration tool and does not cover campaign costs. Data from these platforms is collected and displayed in accordance with third-party policies.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create, publish, or send through GTG CRM, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to use GTG CRM to create or distribute content that incites violence, political attacks, child abuse, drugs, or any content that violates the law. GTG CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4.3 Automated Content Monitoring

GTG CRM uses automated systems to detect violating content. If violations are detected, we may remove landing pages or email templates without prior notice and without refunds. GTG CRM is not liable for any resulting damages.

4.4 Contact Data Management

You are responsible for the data you collect or import, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR). Contacts containing personal information must be collected lawfully with the consent of the individuals involved.

4.5 Prohibited Behaviors

You may not use GTG CRM for illegal activities such as sending spam, abusive messages, or phishing.

5. Payment Methods and Fees

5.1 Payment Management via Chargebee

GTG CRM uses Chargebee to manage subscriptions and process payments. GTG CRM does not store any sensitive payment information.

5.2 Subscription Plans

GTG CRM operates on a subscription model with monthly or annual plans. Payment and renewal details are provided upon registration.

5.3 Refund Policy

The refund policy is determined separately by GTG CRM. No refunds are provided for accounts suspended due to content violations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

GTG CRM retains full intellectual property rights over the software, design, and brand.

6.2 Template Usage Rights

Users may only use templates provided by GTG CRM within the platform. Any unauthorized exploitation or use outside the platform constitutes a copyright violation.

6.3 Content Usage License

By using the platform, you grant GTG CRM the right to use, edit, and display the content you create for the purpose of providing services.

7. Privacy and Data Security

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on the collection, storage, and user obligations related to personal data.

8. Disclaimer

GTG CRM is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' with no absolute guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

GTG CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

10. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or illegal activities. No refunds will be provided for terminations due to content violations.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.
