We do not sell your personal information. Information is only shared with trusted service providers that help operate the platform, or when required by law.

Service providers and sub-processors. We use the following categories of service providers to operate the platform, each of whom may process data on our behalf under contract: payment and banking data providers, tax and e-invoice transmission providers, domain registration providers, social media and advertising platform integrations you connect to your own account, communications providers (email, SMS, voice), cloud infrastructure providers, and an AI service provider used to power AI-assisted features described below. A current list naming each provider is available on request.

AI-assisted features. Certain features (an AI assistant that can answer questions using your workspace's own data, automatic drafting of articles or images, and an optional AI chat feature on your published website) send the relevant content — which may include contact information, business records, or messages typed by your website's own visitors — to a third-party AI service provider in order to generate a response. We do not permit this provider to use your data to train its models for other customers. If your published website uses the AI chat feature, your website's visitors' messages are processed the same way, even if they are not GTG CRM customers themselves.

5. Data Security

We apply encryption, access controls, and other security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, edit, or delete your personal data, or to request that we stop processing it. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

8. Data Retention
