  • Account Information: When registering, you provide details such as full name, email address, phone number, and payment information.
  • Uploaded and Generated Digital Assets: You may upload or generate digital assets (such as images, text, videos, or files) when using GTG CRM.
    • Private Assets: Stored securely in AWS S3 and accessible only within your workspace. GTG CRM does not expose private assets publicly.
    • Public Assets: Assets you include in your published campaigns (landing pages, emails, social posts, or ads) will be stored and processed for public display. By publishing, you consent to the public use of these assets through GTG CRM.
    • This includes AI-generated logos or images, as well as assets chosen from Unsplash or Google Photos.
  • Contact Lists: If you import or sync contact lists, we collect information such as names, emails, and phone numbers of those contacts.
  • Account Integrations: When you connect accounts from other platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Facebook, Google Photos, or ad platforms), we collect necessary data to support activities such as saving email content, retrieving campaign data, or selecting assets.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Interactions on the platform, including page views, clicks, and session durations.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Used to enhance user experience, analyze usage behavior, and personalize content or advertising.

2. Purpose of Information Use

  • Provide and maintain the service.
  • Enable creation and publication of your published landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, advertising campaigns, and other public-facing assets.
  • Securely store your private assets in AWS S3, accessible only to you and authorized workspace members.
  • Provide access to AI-generated content, Unsplash, and Google Photos integrations.
  • Send notifications, updates, promotions, or resolve technical issues.
  • Improve user experience and optimize platform performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and internal policies.

Use of Assets in Public Content
Digital assets uploaded, generated, or selected by you may be incorporated into public-facing materials such as your published landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertising campaigns. By using these features, you consent to the storage, processing, and public display of such assets through GTG CRM. GTG CRM does not share your assets with third parties except as necessary to publish your campaigns (e.g., to Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads).

3. Information Sharing

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties assisting with functions such as payment processing, storage, or technical support.
  • Ad Platforms: When you run ad campaigns, selected assets and related data may be shared with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads for publishing.
  • Legal Requirements: Disclosure as required to comply with law or authorities.

4. Data Security

  • Private Assets: Encrypted and securely stored in AWS S3. Only accessible within your workspace.
  • Public Assets: Stored and processed for publication as part of your campaigns. Accessible publicly once published.
  • Encryption: OAuth tokens, payment data, and sensitive user information are encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.2+).
  • Access Control: Limited to authorized workspace members.
  • No Unauthorized Sharing: Your OAuth tokens and selected assets are never used outside the purpose of providing the GTG CRM service.

5. AI-Generated Content and Copyright

Assets generated by AI may resemble existing works. GTG CRM does not guarantee copyright ownership or exclusivity. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with intellectual property and copyright laws when using AI-generated or third-party content.

7. Your Rights

  • Access, review, or correct your personal data.
  • Request deletion of data (subject to legal or contractual limits).
  • Revoke permissions (e.g., disconnect Google Photos).

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with law. Afterward, data will be securely deleted or anonymized. For third-party integrations (e.g., Google Photos, LinkedIn Ads), retention follows the policy of the respective provider.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. Major updates will be announced by email or displayed on the platform.
