Feature Introduction

You sell on your website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop — and each channel has its own product management system. Product lists are scattered, inventory doesn't match across channels, and adding new products means re-typing everything in each place. Categories are forced to follow the platform's rigid classification system, not how you actually organize your store. And most often overlooked: a whole bunch of products lack photos because hiring photographers is expensive, and creating your own takes weeks.

That ends today.

The Product Hub in GTG CRM gives you a single place to manage all your products, variations, inventory, and sales channels—right next to your existing orders, invoices, website, and accounting. The new update also lets you upload entire catalogs in minutes instead of typing them manually : paste a store link for AI to read the page and build products for you, drag a supplier's PDF catalog file to get images, create your own custom categories (up to 3 levels) exactly how you organize your goods, and generate AI-powered product images for items missing—all right on the product screen.

Product Hub listings include categories, variations, and inventory.

The Problems Businesses Are Facing

Managing individual products on each platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website) — Data is fragmented, prices/quantities are updated multiple times, and errors are easily made.

Manual inventory tracking across each channel — Selling overstock, out of stock but still accepting orders.

Manually entering each new product into the system — It takes an entire afternoon to add dozens of products, and it's easy to miss images/specifications.

The categories are forced into a rigid, floor-based classification system — not organized the way your store actually operates.

Many imported products lack photos — the product pages are blank, customers scroll past without buying.

Product images are mixed up, requiring the opening of separate software to crop/edit — Switching back and forth between tools is slow and makes it easy to accidentally select the wrong image.

GTG CRM consolidates everything into a single data source: products → individual categories → images → inventory → sales channels → orders → invoices → accounting — all in one go, no double-entry required.

Highlights

1. Centralized product and variant management

Product creation screen with basic information, variations, and price.
  • Complete information : name, SKU, category, brand, description, specifications, images, and videos.
  • Variations : color, size… a maximum of 3 attributes, each variation has its own SKU and price.
  • Automatic price and profit calculation : declare cost price + VAT + selling price → the system automatically calculates profit = selling price − cost price − VAT , no need to do it manually.
  • Product status : Normal / Draft / Out of stock, to keep track of what's selling and what's still hidden.
Price list by variant, including base price, VAT, selling price, and profit.

2. Your own product catalog — up to 3 levels

Previously, categories were locked into the platform's fixed taxonomy tree. Now you can create your own categories based on how your store organizes them — just like how you categorize articles.

Window
  • Create it while importing products : click "Add new category" , type the name, select the parent category (optional) — the system will combine them into a path like Đồ điện tử › Laptop › Gaming .
  • Up to 3 levels, clearly visible upon creation : each parent category selection has a label "Level 1 / Level 2" , and the " Preview" line indicates how many levels you are about to create — selecting a "Level 2" item will show exactly 3 levels, no need to guess.
  • Old categories remain : old products retain their previous platform categories (displayed as "Old Categories" , for viewing only) until you reclassify them — no data loss.
The category selector displays the seller's own category tree and items.

3. Import products from website links — AI reads the page and pre-builds the products.

Do you have an online store or product page? Paste the link , and the system will automatically generate products for you to browse —no typing required.

The browsing screen when importing from the website shows: product tags with brand, barcode, specifications, variations, and a set of images including a cover photo.
  • A single page or the entire store : paste a link to a single product (create one draft) or a link to a category page / "all products" (create multiple drafts at once).
  • Gathering all the information : AI extracts the name, SKU, description, brand, barcode (GTIN), specifications, price/currency, variations , and even a set of images — not just a single image.
  • The "get full details" option : turn this on to have the system open each product page and retrieve the complete set of images, descriptions, specifications, and variations (more accurate, but slightly slower).
  • Preview before creating : edit all fields, deselect unnecessary products, choose which photos to keep and which to use as the cover photo (★) — not saved until you click Create.
  • Directly integrate your own categories : suggested categories are matched to your store's own categories , synchronized with the rest of the Product Hub.
💡 Importing from websites consumes a small amount of credits per page scan — you'll see this clearly before running.

4. Media Library — Import images from PDF catalogs and crop/edit them on the spot.

When creating/editing a product, click the image box to open the Media Library . The new update adds two ways to insert images without leaving the form :

Media library with buttons to import images from PDF catalogs and image editing tools right in the window.
  • Import images from PDF catalog : Supplier sent a PDF catalog? Drag the file to get the images directly, no need for manual screenshot editing (includes a list of image errors, if any, for your review).
  • Crop/edit photos directly in the library : crop, rotate, and adjust the frame right away — no need to open another tool and then return.
  • Preserve the original file names : uploaded/imported images retain their original file names for easy identification and to avoid accidental selection.
  • In addition to the familiar methods : uploading from your computer, retrieving from Google (Drive/Photos), and creating product images using AI (see section 5).
Crop and adjust the frame of your photos right within the Media Library.

5. Create and enhance product images using AI.

Still have a lot of products without images — imported from files, from marketplaces, or typed manually? Open AI Images in Product Hub, select the "All products without images" range, and the system will generate product images from the product name + description (+ category/brand) . Preview them before deciding to save — never overwrite existing images.

  • Preview before saving : the results grid clearly shows "N images ready, M errors"; you browse each image before clicking Apply.
  • Transparent pricing : AI-powered image creation uses credits — the system displays and confirms the cost before running , and only deducts the amount based on the actual number of images created .
  • Do this immediately upon receiving the goods : at the end of the product receiving process, if there are any items missing images, a "Create AI image for products missing images" suggestion button will appear for you to process right away.
  • Only create for what's missing : if your import file already has an image path column, the system automatically retrieves that image and excludes those products from the "no image" category — AI only creates for products that are truly empty.

6. Warehouse & Multi-Warehouse Inventory

A list of warehouses with information and inventory levels for each warehouse.
  • Multiple warehouses : main warehouse, subsidiary warehouse, branch warehouse — including name, code, address, and contact person.
  • Track inventory by warehouse : know how much of each product is left and where it is located.
  • Product ↔ Warehouse Linking : Clearly indicate which product belongs to which warehouse.

7. Multi-channel sales and two-way synchronization with e-commerce platforms.

Connect and synchronize products with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Connecting platforms : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
  • Drag and drop : retrieve products from the marketplace to GTG CRM (all or select individual items).
  • Upload : Move products from GTG CRM to e-commerce platforms, configure information for each platform.
  • Category mapping when uploading to platforms : Because you use your own categories , when uploading products to Shopee/Lazada/TikTok, the system suggests the corresponding category of the platform for you to confirm — and remember that mapping for future uploads, so you don't have to choose from scratch again.

8. Connected to the entire system

Preview how the product will look on the website before posting.
  • Orders : Create orders directly from the product.
  • Website & Landing Page : Display products on the website, integrate them into a landing page, and preview them before publishing.
  • Electronic invoice : issues an invoice for products that have been sold.
  • AI assistant : quickly asks which products are selling well and what the inventory status is.
