Step 1: Access the Article feature

From the left-hand menu, click on "Posts". The overview page will display statistics on the total number of posts, published posts, drafts, and archived posts.

You can manage your posts through:

• State filters (Draft, Published, Archived)
• Filter by category
• Filter by publication date
• Search by keyword

Step 2: Create a new post

Click the "Create New" button to begin. GTG CRM offers two methods for creating posts:

Step 1: Fill in the basic information

Title and URL:

• Enter the article title
• The URL will be automatically generated, or you can customize it.

Article classification:

• Choose the post type (News, Blog, or create new)
• Select a category (you can add new categories if needed).

Author and status:

• Enter author's name
• Choose the publication status:
  • Draft : A draft, not yet published.
  • Published : Published to the website immediately
  • Archived : Archived articles

Tags:

Add relevant tags (new, discounted, featured, etc.)

Step 2: Create a Meta Description

You have two options:

Method 1: Manual input - Directly fill in the meta description in the excerpt box.

Step 3: Draft the article content
