Feature Introduction

You sell on your website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop—and each channel has its own product management system. Your product lists are scattered, inventory doesn't match across channels, and adding new products means manually re-entering everything everywhere. Your categories are forced into the rigid classification tree of the marketplace, not reflecting how you actually organize your store. And the most often overlooked issue: many products have no images because hiring a photographer is expensive, and doing it yourself takes days.

That ends today.

Product Hub in GTG CRM gives you a single place to manage all your products, variants, inventory, and sales channels—right alongside the orders, invoices, and accounting you're already using. The latest update even helps you upload your entire catalog in minutes instead of manual entry: paste a store link and let AI read the page and set up your products, drag a supplier's PDF catalog to import images, create your own custom categories (up to 3 levels) that match how you organize your merchandise, and generate product images with AI for items missing photos—all within the product screen.

Problems Businesses Face

Old MethodConsequences
Managing products separately on each platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website)Disparate data, multiple price/quantity updates, prone to errors
Manual inventory tracking on each channelOverselling, accepting orders for out-of-stock items
Manually entering each new product into the systemHours spent uploading a few dozen products, easily missing images/specifications
Categories forced into the platform's rigid classification treeUnable to organize according to your store's actual operations
Numerous products imported without imagesEmpty product pages, customers browse past without buying
Disorganized product images, requiring switching to other software for cropping/editingSwitching between tools, slow and prone to selecting wrong images

GTG CRM consolidates everything into a single data source: product → custom category → image → inventory → sales channel → order → invoice → accounting — seamlessly, without double entry.

Highlights

1. Centralized Product & Variant Management

Product creation screen with basic info, variants, and pricing
  • Complete Information: name, SKU, category, brand, description, technical specifications, images, and videos.
  • Variants: colors, sizes… up to 3 attributes, each with its own SKU and price.
  • Automatic Profit Calculation: enter cost price + VAT + selling price → system automatically calculates profit = selling price − cost price − VAT, no manual calculation needed.
  • Product Status: Normal / Draft / Out of Stock, to control what's being sold and what's hidden.

2. Your Own Product Categories — Up to 3 Levels

Previously, categories were locked into the platform's fixed classification tree. Now, you can create categories according to how your store is organized — just like how you categorize blog posts.

  • Create While Importing Products: click "Add New Category", enter the name, select a parent category (optional) — the system will form a path like Electronics › Laptops › Gaming.
  • Up to 3 Levels, Clear at Creation: each parent category selection is labeled Level 1 / Level 2, and a Preview line shows how many levels you're creating — selecting a "Level 2" item results in exactly 3 levels, no guesswork.
  • Old Categories Remain: existing products retain their previous platform categories (displayed as "Old Category", for viewing only) until you reclassify them — no data loss.

3. Import Products from Website Link — AI Reads Page, Sets Up Products

Have an existing online store or product pages? Paste the link, the system reads the page and sets up products for your review — no manual typing required.

Review screen for website import: product cards with brand, barcode, specs, variants, and image set with cover photo
  • One Page or Entire Store: paste a product link (creates 1 draft) or a category page / "all products" link (creates multiple drafts at once).
  • Captures All Information: AI extracts name, SKU, description, brand, barcode (GTIN), technical specifications, price/currency, variants, and entire image sets — not just a single image.
  • "Fetch Full Details" Option: enable to have the system open each product page to fetch all images, descriptions, specifications, and variants (more accurate, slightly slower).
  • Review Before Creating: edit any field, deselect products you don't need, choose which images to keep and which to set as the cover photo (★) — changes are not saved until you click Create.
  • Directly Assign Your Custom Categories: suggested categories are matched to your store's custom categories, synchronizing with the rest of Product Hub.
💡 Importing from websites consumes a small amount of credits per page scan — you'll see the cost before proceeding.

4. Media Library — Import Images from PDF Catalogs & Edit In-Place

When creating/editing a product, click the image field to open the Media Library. The latest update adds two ways to import images without leaving the form:

Media Library with PDF catalog import button and in-window image editing tools
  • Import Images from PDF Catalogs: received a PDF catalog from your supplier? Drag and drop the file to extract images directly, no manual screenshots or cropping needed (includes a list of failed images, for your control).
  • Crop/Edit Images Directly in the Library: crop, rotate, and adjust frames on the spot — no need to open another tool and come back.
  • Preserve Original Filenames: uploaded/imported images retain their original filenames, making them easy to identify and reducing misselection.
  • Familiar Options Included: still supports uploading from your computer, fetching from Google (Drive/Photos), and generating product images with AI (see section 5).

5. Generate & Supplement Product Images with AI

Have many products without images — imported from files, platforms, or entered manually? Open AI Images in Product Hub, select the range "All Products Missing Images", and the system will generate product images from their names + descriptions (+ categories/brands). You can preview before deciding to save — it will never overwrite existing images automatically.

  • Preview Before Saving: the results grid clearly shows "N images ready, M failed"; you can review each image before clicking Apply.
  • Transparent Costs: generating images with AI uses credits — the system displays the cost and confirms before running, and only deducts for the number of images actually generated.
  • Generate Immediately Upon Import: at the end of the product import process, if there are still items missing images, a suggestion button "Generate AI Images for Missing Products" appears for immediate action.
  • Only Generates for Missing Ones: if your import file already has an image path column, the system automatically uses those images and excludes these products from the "missing images" range — AI only generates for products that are truly empty.

6. Inventory & Multi-Warehouse Tracking

List of warehouses with information and inventory per warehouse
  • Multiple Warehouses: main warehouse, secondary warehouse, branch warehouses — with names, codes, addresses, and contact persons.
  • Track Inventory by Warehouse: know how much of each product you have and where.
  • Link Products ↔ Warehouses: clearly see which products belong to which warehouse.

7. Multi-Channel Sales & Two-Way Sync with E-commerce Platforms

Connect and sync products with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
  • Connect Platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
  • Pull From Platform: retrieve products from the platform into GTG CRM (all or selected).
  • Push to Platform: upload products from GTG CRM to platforms, configuring details for each.
  • Map Categories When Pushing to Platforms: since you use custom categories, when pushing products to Shopee/Lazada/TikTok, the system suggests corresponding platform categories for you to confirm — and remembers that mapping for future pushes, so you don't have to select them again.

8. Seamless Integration with the Entire System

Preview of product display on website before publishing
  • Orders: create orders directly from products.
  • Website & Landing Pages: display products on your website, embed them in landing pages, preview before publishing.
  • E-invoices: generate invoices for sold products.
  • AI Assistant: quickly ask which products are selling best, what the inventory status is.
