Feature Introduction
You sell both online and in-store, but the cash register is a separate world: an old cash register or a handwritten notebook, with totals tallied at the end of the day, and inventory in the software on one side — and on the shelves on the other. Customers come in, buy, and leave, and you don't know who they are, and you can't access your customer data. Wanting to offer discounts, hold orders for returning customers, or process returns each requires a different method, leading to tangled records.
That ends today.
GTG CRM now includes a Point of Sale (POS) screen — a dedicated cashier screen, running in your browser at pos.gtgcrm.com (open on a computer or tablet at the counter, log in with your existing GTG CRM account). Scan barcode → add to cart → receive cash or have the customer scan a bank QR code / MoMo wallet → click confirm to instantly deduct from inventory. Every in-store sale updates the same inventory and the same customer database as your online store — no more two inventory counts, no more "anonymous" customers. In-store sales and online sales are finally one.

Problems Businesses Are Facing
Cash registers / notebooks disconnected from management software — End-of-day reconciliation, inventory discrepancies, easy to lose items
In-store customers not recorded in CRM — Can't identify repeat customers, unable to re-engage them
Receiving QR payments / wallet payments requires opening separate bank apps, manual cross-referencing — Confusion about "payment received or not," long wait times, lost customers
Discounts, order holds, returns handled inconsistently — Inaccurate revenue and inventory data, difficult to close books
Online and in-store sales managed on separate systems — Double data entry, mismatched inventory across platforms
GTG CRM consolidates everything into a single checkout experience: scan item → sell → receive payment → deduct inventory → record customer → issue receipt/invoice — seamlessly, with all data flowing directly into the same system you use for inventory, customer management, and accounting.
Key Features
1. Touchscreen Register — Fast sales, no scanner needed

All products readily available: open POS to see the product grid, scroll down for more to load automatically — tap to add to cart, no typing required. Includes a category tab for quick filtering and a search bar by name/code.
Instant barcode scanning: plug in a USB scanner (works like a keyboard, no installation needed) and scan — products are added directly to the cart.
Designed for touch: large, easy-to-tap buttons; tap the quantity to enter directly (no need to press plus repeatedly); quick denomination buttons (10K–500K) for lightning-fast change calculation.
2. Accept Cash, Bank QR Codes, and MoMo Wallets — Right at the Counter

Cash: enter the amount paid by the customer, and the screen will immediately display the change due; confirm to complete.
QR / MoMo Wallet: customers scan a QR code displayed on a secondary screen to pay. The QR code is the original provider's code — with MoMo, customers scan using the MoMo app (not the phone's camera); with VNPay, it's the VNPay QR page. When payment is received, the system automatically completes the order and deducts from inventory.
Only display enabled payment methods: POS only shows payment gateways that you have connected and configured (using the same configuration as your online store) — unused options are hidden to prevent mid-transaction errors.
3. Customer Display Screen — Customers see their cart and QR code

Two screens, one machine: open a full-screen secondary display on a customer-facing monitor, reflecting the shopping cart and real-time totals.
Dedicated tablet: pair via code/QR — a tablet at the counter displays the correct shopping cart over the network.
Fits all screen sizes: auto-adjusts to size; includes a mode for very small screens (only showing the large total + recently added items, and a full-screen QR code during checkout) so customers can always read the most important numbers.
Branded for you: the checkout and customer screens use your workspace's Brand Kit — accent colors, logos, and store names that match your brand.
4. Discounts and Order Parking for Serving the Next Customer

Line-item or entire order discounts: by amount or percentage. The final amount is recalculated by the server — cashiers cannot "invent" prices, ensuring revenue always matches the books.
Order Parking & Recall: customer forgot their wallet? Press Park to save the cart, serve the next person, then Recall to retrieve the exact previous cart (including discounts and attached customer). Parked orders remain intact even after reloading the page.
5. Returns and Refunds — Correct Inventory, Correct Records

Partial or full returns: open Returns, select the sold order, choose the item and quantity to return, and state the reason — the system refunds the money, adds returned items back to inventory (making them usable again), and records a reversal entry (reversing revenue + cost of goods) to keep records accurate.
Cannot return more than sold: the system blocks returns if the quantity exceeds what was purchased — no over-refunds.
Separate permissions: the return function only appears for users with return authorization (a transaction involving money reversal, requiring higher clearance than a regular cashier).
6. Transparent VAT at the Counter — and Customers Can Get Their Own E-invoices

Clearly shows VAT within prices: the cart and receipt clearly separate the included VAT amount within the price, per product's tax rate (e.g., 8%, 10%) — the total price remains unchanged, offering transparency for both customers and you.
Toggle based on your business type: if your store does not declare VAT, disable tax display in Settings — the POS will not show or record taxes.
Customers can get their own e-invoices: the receipt has a QR code; customers scan it with their phone to open a page to self-enter company name, tax ID, address, and email, then the e-invoice is issued via your connected invoice provider and sent to the customer's email — the counter doesn't need to manually input invoice details.
7. Print Thermal Receipts and Open Cash Drawer

Automatic printing for every sale: connect a thermal printer (58mm/80mm width) once per counter; receipts print immediately upon completion, in clear, accurate Vietnamese (with diacritics and characters).
Open the cash drawer on cash orders (when the option is enabled), and reprint any recent receipt from Recent sales — reprints are marked RE-PRINT.
Print errors don't block sales: if the printer malfunctions, the order still completes — you'll only receive a small notification with a retry button.
8. Counter Notifications (Bell 🔔) — Don't Miss Payments or Stockouts

QR payment received: when a customer successfully pays via QR, a "payment received" notification appears at the bell — cashiers don't have to stare at the screen waiting.
Out of Stock Alert: when a sale depletes a product, a "out of stock" bell alerts you to restock.
Push Browser Notifications: if enabled, these alerts will pop up even when the POS tab is in the background.
9. Receive Goods and Inventory Count On-Site

Receive Goods (Warehouse Receipt): when a supplier delivers, staff enter directly into the store's inventory — stock and records update instantly, no need to open other software. Records can be set for later payment (credit), immediate payment, or initial stock when setting up the system.
Inventory Count (Actual Stock Count): count items on the shelves, the system compares it with the recorded stock and automatically records discrepancies (surplus/shortage) in accounting — no more "unexplained losses".
All sales, both at the counter and online, use the same inventory, so figures are always consistent.
10. Link CRM Customers and View 360° — Counter Sales Still Generate Data

Link Customer by Phone Number: enter a phone number to link an order to a CRM contact; otherwise, the order is for a walk-in customer.
POS Orders Combined with Online Orders: all counter sales appear in CRM → Orders with the source POS, alongside online orders.
360° Activity Feed: orders linked to customers appear in that contact's Activity feed; all counter sales appear in the Activities feed of the Orders menu — know who sold what, when, and to whom.
