Feature Introduction
Hiring a good employee is often a disjointed process: writing job posts, posting on LinkedIn, collecting CVs via email, opening each file to read manually, scheduling interviews, drafting invitation emails, and then re-entering the hired candidate's information into the HR system. Each step uses a different tool, and each tool requires data entry.
GTG CRM consolidates the entire recruitment process (ATS) into one place — and lets AI handle the heavy lifting: writing job descriptions, finding candidates on LinkedIn, reading CVs, and scoring suitability. When you click Hire, the candidate automatically becomes an employee with a draft labor contract — seamlessly connecting to the HR & Payroll modules.
Problems Businesses Are Facing
| Old Way | Consequences |
|---|---|
| Writing JD manually each time | Time-consuming, inconsistent |
| Manually searching for candidates on LinkedIn | Hours lost, potential to miss suitable candidates |
| Reading each CV and "scoring by gut feeling" | Subjective, difficult to compare, risk of missing talented candidates |
| Managing candidates with Excel/email | No visibility into the entire pipeline, losing track of who is where |
| Re-entering hired candidates into HR | Double data entry, prone to errors |
GTG CRM transforms recruitment into a seamless flow: job post → sourcing → screening → interview → offer → hire → employee — all within the same platform you use to manage your business.
Highlights
1. Create Job Posts + Job Descriptions with AI
- Create job posts (title, department, location, level, type, quantity).
- Enter a few key requirements, click ✨ Create with AI — in seconds, get a complete, structured job description (JD) (role summary, responsibilities, requirements, nice-to-haves, benefits).
- Apply salary band: if the workspace has an active salary table, select a salary band to automatically fill in the salary range for the job post.
- Save & Post to LinkedIn: save the post and open the AI-generated job post composer, post directly to your connected LinkedIn account.
2. Find Candidates on LinkedIn
- Search public profiles on LinkedIn by role (location automatically filled from job post) or by name + company of a specific person.
- Each result shows name, title @ company, location, a short description, and an "Open to work" label (Open to work / Likely open / Employed) if inferred.
- Load more to see new candidate pages, filter for "candidates actively seeking jobs", then Add to Pipeline suitable candidates.
3. Read CVs with AI + Score Suitability
- Drag-and-drop CVs (PDF/DOCX) — AI automatically extracts name, email, phone, title, skills, experience, work history into a form.
- AI provides a suitability score from 0–100 with a 2-3 sentence explanation; color-coded scores (green ≥75, yellow 50–74, red <50) for quick comparison.
- Attach CVs to existing candidates then Rescore with AI to get more accurate scores based on real CV data.
4. Kanban Workflow — Track Every Candidate
- 6-column kanban board: Sourced · Screened · Interviewed · Offered · Hired · Rejected.
- Drag candidates between columns; candidate cards include contact details (email, phone, LinkedIn link, CV download), AI score, profile, offers, interviews, and permanently saved notes.
5. Offers & Interviews — Draft and Send Directly in the System
- Create offer (title, salary, currency) → click Download directly from the proposal to get a job offer letter in .docx format (country-specific template) → Send to candidate via email (sent from your company's inbox).
- Schedule interview (time, format, link, interviewer) → Send invite — the email displays the time in the user's timezone, with the company name in the email subject.
6. Hire → Automatically Become an Employee
- Click Hire on a candidate with an accepted offer → the system immediately creates an employee profile (EMP-xxxx) with the CV and profile data carried over.
- A draft labor contract is automatically generated from the offer (salary + band) — HR only needs to review and Activate.
- There's no way to bypass the Hired column without creating an employee — the process ensures clean data.
