Access your workspace management section, and you'll see that your email domain has been verified (for example, mail.dev.gtgcrm.com). When sending emails, the system will automatically use this domain instead of your personal email address.

Step 2: Configure DNS Records (If not already authenticated)

If the domain is not yet verified, the system will display a list of DNS records that need to be configured.

Click on "View DNS Record" to see the details of the records you need to add. You need to access your domain's DNS management page (usually at your domain provider) and add these records to prove you own the domain.

Step 3: Establish Brand Identity

Before creating emails, configure your brand information so that AI can generate emails that match your company's image.

Go to the "Brand Identity" section and enter information such as logo, main colors, and company name. For example, in the video it's "Vietnam Tourism" - this information will automatically appear in all emails generated by the AI.

Step 4: Open AI Biz Email Assistant

Access the "Email" section in the main menu. You will see a list of previously sent emails (if any). Click the "Create New Conversation" button to start working with the AI.
