Guide to synchronizing orders across multiple channels

Step 1: Connect with e-commerce platforms

  1. Go to "Settings""Sales Channel Integration"
  2. Choose the platform you want to connect to: Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
  3. Click "Connect" and log in with your shop account.
  4. Allow GTG CRM to access order and product data.
  5. Repeat with the remaining floors.

Step 2: Automatically synchronize orders

After a successful connection, GTG CRM will automatically synchronize orders from online marketplaces to the system.

  • All orders from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop will be displayed in the "Seller Homepage".
  • Each order will have a source icon (exchange logo) for easy identification.
  • Orders are updated in real time.

Step 3: Process the order

  1. When a new order is placed : The order will be in "On Hold" or "Pending" status.
  2. Order confirmation : Change status to "Delivering"
  3. Preparing the order : Go to the shipping order section, click "print label" to generate a shipping label.

  1. Warehouse Release : Go to the warehouse release form you just created → Click "Confirm Warehouse Release" — The system will automatically generate an electronic invoice (if configured).
  2. Completed : Once the customer successfully receives the order, the order status changes to "Completed".

Important note

Regarding SKU codes :

  • Ensure that the SKUs in GTG CRM match the SKUs on e-commerce platforms 100%.
  • If the SKUs are different → The inventory system is not synchronized.
  • One product = One unique SKU across all channels

Regarding automatic invoicing :

  • If you have authorized e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) to automatically generate invoices → DO NOT enable automatic invoice generation in GTG CRM to avoid generating invoices twice.
  • Only enable this feature if you haven't already authorized the exchange.

Regarding the warehouse address :

  • Enter the exact warehouse address, as this is where the shipper will pick up the goods.
  • Ensure there is always someone in charge at the warehouse during working hours.

Regarding order status :

  • Confirmation of warehouse release is required before automatic invoice generation can be performed.
  • Adjustment invoices can only be created after the original invoice has been issued.
