Feature Introduction

You sell on your website, on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop — and each channel has its own way of managing products. Product lists are scattered, inventory doesn't match across channels, and every time you add a new product, you have to re-type everything on each platform. Categories are forced into the rigid classification tree of the marketplace, not how you actually organize your store. And often overlooked: many products are missing images because hiring a photographer is expensive, and doing it yourself takes days.

That ends today.

Product Hub in GTG CRM gives you one central place to manage all your products, variants, inventory, and sales channels — right next to your orders, invoices, website, and accounting. The latest update also helps you get your entire catalog into the system in minutes instead of manual typing: paste a store link, and the AI will read the page and set up products for you, drag a supplier's PDF catalog to grab images, create your own custom categories (up to 3 levels) exactly how you organize your goods, and create product images with AI for items missing photos — all within the product screen.

Problems Businesses Face

Old MethodConsequences
Managing products separately on each marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website)Scattered data, multiple updates for prices/quantities, prone to errors
Manual inventory tracking on each channelOverselling, receiving orders when out of stock
Manually typing each new product into the systemTakes half a day to list a few dozen products, missing images/specifications
Categories are forced into the marketplace's rigid classification treeCannot organize according to how your store actually operates
Many imported products lack imagesEmpty product pages, customers browse past without buying
Product images are mixed up, requiring other software for cropping/editingSwitching between tools, slow and easy to select the wrong image

GTG CRM consolidates everything into a single data source: products → custom categories → images → inventory → sales channels → orders → invoices → accounting — seamlessly, with no double data entry.

Highlights

1. Centralized Product & Variant Management

Product creation screen with basic info, variants, and pricing
  • Full Information: name, SKU, category, brand, description, specifications, images, and videos.
  • Variants: color, size… up to 3 attributes, each variant with its own SKU and price.
  • Automatic Cost and Profit Calculation: enter cost price + VAT + selling price → the system automatically calculates profit = selling price − cost price − VAT, no mental math needed.
  • Product Status: Normal / Draft / Out of Stock, to control what's being sold and what's hidden.

2. Your Own Product Categories — Up to 3 Levels

Previously, categories were locked into the marketplace's fixed classification tree. Now you can create categories according to how your store is organized — just like how you assign categories to blog posts.

  • Create While Importing Products: click "Add New Category", enter the name, select a parent category (optional) — the system combines them into a path like Electronics › Laptops › Gaming.
  • Up to 3 Levels, Clear from the Start: each parent category selection is labeled Level 1 / Level 2, and a Preview line shows how many levels you're creating — selecting a "Level 2" item results in exactly 3 levels, no guesswork.
  • Old Categories Still Exist: existing products retain their old marketplace categories (displayed as "Old Category", read-only) until you reclassify them — no data loss.

3. Import Products from Website Links — AI Reads Pages, Sets Up Products

Have an existing online store or product pages? Paste the link, and the system will read the page and set up products for you to review — no manual typing needed.

Review screen for website import: product cards with brand, barcode, specs, variants, and an image set with a cover photo
  • Single Page or Entire Store: paste a link to one product (creates 1 draft) or a category page / "all products" page (creates multiple drafts at once).
  • Extracts Full Information: AI extracts name, SKU, description, brand, barcode (GTIN), specifications, price/currency, variants, and the entire image set — not just one image.
  • "Full Details" Option: enable this for the system to open each product page and extract all images, descriptions, specifications, and variants (more accurate, slightly slower).
  • Review Before Creating: edit any field, deselect unwanted products, choose which images to keep and which to set as the cover photo (★) — it's not saved until you click Create.
  • Directly Assign Your Custom Categories: suggested categories are matched to your store's custom categories, syncing with the rest of Product Hub.
💡 Importing from websites consumes a small amount of credits per page scan — you'll see the cost clearly before running.

4. Media Library — Import Images from PDF Catalogs & Crop/Edit On-the-Fly

When creating or editing a product, click on the image field to open the Media Library. The latest update adds two ways to bring in images without leaving the form:

Media Library with a button to import images from PDF catalogs and in-window image editing tools
  • Import Images from PDF Catalogs: received a PDF catalog from a supplier? Drag the file in to extract images from it instantly, no manual screenshots and cropping needed (includes a list of failed images, if any, for your control).
  • Crop/Edit Images Directly in the Library: crop, rotate, and adjust image frames on the spot — no need to open another tool and come back.
  • Retain Original Filenames: uploaded/imported images keep their original filenames, making them easy to identify and reducing selection errors.
  • Familiar Methods Included: still supports uploading from your computer, fetching from Google (Drive/Photos), and creating product images with AI (see section 5).

5. Create & Supplement Product Images with AI

Have many products without images — imported from files, marketplaces, or typed in manually? Open AI Images in Product Hub, select the scope "All products without images", and the system will generate product images from the product name + description (+ category/brand). You preview before deciding to save — it never overwrites existing images without your explicit consent.

  • Preview Before Saving: the results grid clearly shows "N images ready, M errors"; you review each image before clicking Apply.
  • Transparent Costs: creating images with AI uses credits — the system displays the cost and requires confirmation before running, and only deducts for the actual number of images generated.
  • Generate Immediately Upon Import: at the end of the product import process, if items are still missing images, a prompt "Generate AI Images for Missing Products" appears for you to handle immediately.
  • Only Generates for Missing Items: if your import file already has an image path column, the system automatically uses that image and excludes these products from the "missing images" scope — AI only generates for products that are truly empty.

6. Inventory & Multi-Warehouse Management

List of warehouses with information and inventory per warehouse
  • Multiple Warehouses: main warehouse, secondary warehouse, branch warehouse — with names, codes, addresses, and contact persons.
  • Track Inventory per Warehouse: know how much of each product is where.
  • Link Products ↔ Warehouses: clearly see which products belong to which warehouse.

7. Multi-Channel Sales & Two-Way Synchronization with E-commerce Marketplaces

Connecting and synchronizing products with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
  • Connect Marketplaces: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
  • Pull In: import products from marketplaces into GTG CRM (all or select individual items).
  • Push Out: upload products from GTG CRM to marketplaces, configuring information for each channel.
  • Map Categories When Pushing to Marketplaces: since you use custom categories, when pushing products to Shopee/Lazada/TikTok, the system suggests corresponding marketplace categories for your confirmation — and remembers that mapping for future pushes, so you don't have to select again from scratch.

8. Seamless Integration with the Entire System

Previewing products on the website before publishing
  • Orders: create orders directly from products.
  • Website & Landing Pages: display products on your website, link them to landing pages, preview before publishing.
  • Electronic Invoices: issue invoices for sold products.
  • AI Assistant: quickly ask which products are selling well, what the inventory levels are.
