Ms. Huong works as an accountant for a medium-sized trading company in Hanoi. At the end of each period, she gets overwhelmed: gathering data from the sales software, pasting it into Excel, manually creating financial statements, and then opening a separate tax declaration software to re-enter each figure and generate tax forms. Three to four software applications, repeated data entry, and one error can throw off the entire set of reports. This year, there's an added concern: Circular TT200 expired on 01/01/2026, and the new accounting standard is Circular TT99/2025 — yet her old software still generates reports based on the old template.
This is the burden for every SMB accountant: scattered data, manual report generation, and constant worry about non-compliance with standards and forms, leading to penalties.
Ms. Huong doesn't need another tax declaration software. She needs a single platform where all sales, purchases, and invoice transactions are automatically recorded in the ledger, so that at the end of the period, she can generate Financial Statements compliant with TT99/2025, export them to PDF/Excel for storage and ký trình, and export XML files for direct submission to eTax — without re-entering a single number. And she needs peace of mind that the templates and accounting methods are compliant with current regulations.
GTG CRM consolidates sales, invoicing, and accounting into one system, automatically generating reports and tax declarations according to the new standards:

My company is currently using TT200, what should I do now? TT200 expired on 01/01/2026. GTG CRM uses TT99/2025 as the default standard for enterprises (and TT133 for SMEs/business households), so you will be compliant with current regulations immediately.
Can I export files to submit to the tax authorities? Yes. You can export XML tax forms (Financial Statements, VAT 01/GTGT, CIT 03, PIT 05) in the correct format for tax authorities, and export PDF/Excel for archiving and ký trình.
Do I have to set up the chart of accounts myself? Not necessarily — the Vietnamese workspace comes with a pre-loaded chart of accounts according to the new standard; you can also import your own if you prefer.
Do input invoices automatically go into the ledger? You connect to synchronize input invoices, and the system suggests accounting treatments for you to review and post.
Do I need a credit card to start? No. You can try it for free first.
