1. Access AI Biz Assistant

Step 1: Log in to GTG CRM

Log in to your GTG CRM account.

How to Use

Step 2: Open the Sidebar menu

Look at the toolbar on the left (sidebar menu).

Step 3: Find an AI Assistant

Scroll down to the Operations section, and you'll find the "AI Assistant" feature. Click on it.

2. Main interface

List of conversations

When you open the AI Assistant, you will see a list of your previous conversation history.

Create a new conversation

Click the "New Conversation" button to start asking the AI questions.

This is the main interface for interacting with AI:

  • Question input field : Where you type your question
  • Suggested questions : GTG CRM suggests some common questions.
  • Chat history : Previous questions and answers

3. How to ask questions

Basic principles

  • Use natural language , as if you were having a conversation.
  • The more specific the question, the more accurate the answer will be.
  • You can ask follow-up questions based on the previous answer.

Examples of how to ask a question.

❌ Do not:

  • "Show me the data"
  • "Report"

✅ Recommended:

  • "How many leads did we have in December?"
  • "Which product is selling best?"
  • "Which ad campaign generated the most leads?"

4. Common question types

Ask about Leads/Customers

Sample question:

 The AI will provide a specific number of leads. Có bao nhiêu leads trong tháng này?

Ask for more details:

Sample question:

Sample question:

Sample question:

5. Understanding the results

Answer format

AI Biz Assistant responds in various formats:

Format When to use
Simple data Asking "how many...", "total..."
List Asking "list...", "show me the list..."
Analysis Asking "why...", "compare..."
Suggest Asking "should...", "suggest..."

Ask for more details

If the answer isn't informative enough, you can ask further questions:

  • "Give me more details about..."
  • "List them specifically..."
  • "Further explanation about..."

6. Tips for effective use

✅ Should do

  1. Ask specific questions.

    • Instead of asking "revenue," ask "What was the revenue for December?"
  2. Use timelines

    • "In the last 7 days..."
    • "This month..."
    • "Fourth quarter..."
  3. Follow-up question

    • After receiving the answer, you can ask for more details.
  4. Comparison request

    • "Compare this month's revenue with last month's."
  5. Thanks to AI suggestions.

    • "What should I do to increase revenue?"

❌ Do not

  1. The question is too general.

    • "Show me all the data."
  2. Ask for data that is not yet in the system.

    • AI can only respond based on data already entered into GTG CRM.
  3. Expectations for AI to understand external context.

    • AI does not have general market information.
