Quick Start

Access Features

1. Log in to GTG CRM
2. Look at the toolbar on the left.
3. Find the "Create Brand" section and click on it.

View Brand List

• You will see a list of brands you have created.
• Click on the brand to view brand information.
• Click "Create New" to start creating a new brand.

Detailed Guide to Creating a Brand Identity

Step 1: Basic Information

Required Information (marked with a red asterisk *)

• Company name : Enter your brand name
  • Example: "WHATEVER STUDIO"
• Phone number : Enter the primary contact number

Optional Information

• Email : Can be omitted if not necessary.

Step 2: Categorize Product Categories

• Choose a product category that suits your business.
• Examples: Fashion, Food & Beverage, Technology, etc.

Step 3: Target Audience

Age

• Enter the age range of your target customers.
• Example: "18-34 years old"

Sex

• Select: Male, Female, or All
• Multiple options can be selected.

Step 4: Brand Foundation

This is the most important part of brand identity.

The brand foundation includes the vision, mission, and core values sections.

Case 1: Content is already available

• If you already have a vision, mission, and core values.
• Fill in the corresponding boxes.

Case 2: Using AI (Recommended)

1. Click on AI Assistant
2. The system will display the information you have entered.
3. Select language : Enter "Write in Vietnamese" if you want the content in Vietnamese.
4. Click "Create a brand platform"

AI Assistant is ready to build a brand platform.

1. The AI will generate 3 different options .
2. Choose the most suitable option.
3. Click "Select" to apply.

Step 5: Visual Recognition System

Case 1: Logo and Colors Already Exist

1. Choose a color :
   • Click on the color picker.
   • Or enter the color code directly.
2. Upload your logo :
   • Click "Upload logo"
   • Select a file from your computer.

Case 2: Not Yet Available (Using AI)

Create a Color Set

1. Click "No, I don't have a brand yet."
2. Click "Create color palette"
3. Describe the desired color.
   • Example: "Blue and white"
4. Click "Generate results"
5. AI will offer many options; choose your preferred color scheme.

Create a Logo

1. Click "AI Logo Builder"
2. AI will automatically generate a logo based on brand information.
3. If you're not satisfied yet : Click "Create more" to see more options.
4. Customization : Further details can be requested below.
5. Choose your preferred logo and click "Add to brand logo".

Step 6: Complete & Save

1. Double-check all the information.
2. Click "Confirm"
3. Click "Save" to save your brand identity.

Brand Management After Creation

View Brand Details

• Click on the brand in the list.
• View all created information

View details of the created brand with management options.

Set Default Brand

• Drag the slider to "Set as default"
• The default Brand will be used for other features.

Edit Brand

1. Click "Update"
2. Change any information
3. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Delete Page

• Click "Delete" if it is no longer needed.
• Caution : This action cannot be undone.

Integration with Other Features

AI Chatbot

• Brand Identity is automatically applied to the AI chatbot.
• The chatbot will accurately answer your brand's customers' questions.

Tips for Effective Use

For the Best Brand Identity

1. Detailed input information : The more information provided, the more accurate the AI will generate.
2. Specify the target audience : This helps the AI understand the appropriate tone and manner.
3. Try multiple options : Don't choose the first option, compare the choices.
4. Customization options : You can edit the AI-generated content to make it more suitable.

Regarding Visual Design

1. Colors : Choose 2-3 main colors to avoid visual clutter.
2. Simple logo : The simpler the logo, the easier it is to remember and recognize.
3. Test on multiple backgrounds : Ensure the logo displays well on both light and dark backgrounds.

Performance Optimization

1. Preparation : Think about the brand before you start.
2. Use a template : Refer to similar brands in the industry.
3. Backup content : Save good content for reuse.
4. Version control : Create multiple versions for A/B testing.

Troubleshooting Common Problems

Inappropriate Logo

• Solution : Click "Create more" to see more options.
• Or : Provide a more detailed description of the design requirements.

Unsatisfactory Colors

• Solution : Try describing the color differently.
• Alternatively : Use a color picker to select colors manually.

Inappropriate Content

• Solution : Edit directly after AI generation.
• Or : Recreate with a more specific description
